HOW TO USE

Pour lotion from the pouch into your 250ml or 500ml bottle. Then rinse and recycle the pouch by dropping it off at your local Coles or Woolworths REDcycle program.

Gently massage a small amount onto your skin. Take three deep breaths to centre yourself. Let the stress melt away as the lotion sinks in.
